• Engage the services of extremely skilled, licensed and insured subcontractors
• Maintain and follow a rigorous schedule
• Communicate regularly with the customer
• Obtain all necessary paperwork, including contracts, licenses and insurance
• Provide daily schedule of progress and planned activities
• Maintain crew vehicles to assure reliability
• Advise immediately of any changes of project scope or costs
• Clean work site every night, prior to departure
• Obey all township ordinances regarding permits
• Respect all customers’ personal property
• Provide both a 6 month and 1 year follow-up to ensure total satisfaction
