Q - What type of contractor are you?

A - We are a full service general contractor, specializing in remodeling, renovations, Additions, Kitchens and Baths, Custom Millwork, Historic Homes, and Basements.

Q - How long have you been in business?

A - John has been working in construction for most of his life. From the age of 16, John began his training as carpenter with his father’s business. With over 30 years of experience, John is a seasoned professional. John S. Gray Contracting, LLC was established in 1993.

Q - How many employees do you have?

A - On staff, there is a crew of two full-time construction workers. However, we use only the finest sub-contractors along with our crewmembers.

Q - What Affiliations are you a member of?

A - NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). Also, we provide an affiliation with the Middle Bucks Technical School, located in Jamison, PA.

Q - Are you licensed and insured?

A - Yes. Everyone that works under John S. Gray is fully licensed, bonded and insured, including all of our sub-contractors.

Q - Do you have references?

Q - What condition will my home be in during the construction?

A - We are extremely conscientious and respectful of your property. From the external premises to the areas within, we pay special attention to keeping the environment as livable as possible. We understand the stress that home improvements can bring and are very sensitive to your needs.

Q - How long will the construction take?

A - That really depends on the project. We come very prepared and ready to work. All jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. We don’t drag our feet and we communicate all changes and/or delays immediately.

Q - Do you give free estimates?

A - Yes. There is no charge for the initial visit. Unless you are already familiar with our work, we ask that you please contact our References prior to our arrival to ensure that we are the appropriate contractor for the job.
